Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from artwork approval and payment. If you have a fixed deadline or event date, tell us when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Q5. Is there a minimum order for plaques?
We can produce single presentation plaques or small runs for special awards, as well as larger quantities for ongoing programmes. Minimums and pricing depend on the design and finish.

We mainly use solid oak, beech and quality birch ply, sometimes combined with acrylic or metal plates. Finishes include clear lacquer, stained wood, painted panels and laser engraving with or without paint-fill.

Q1. What file type do you need for our logo on plaques?
For best engraving and print quality, please send vector files such as large jpeg , DXF , EPS, PDF or SVG. If that’s not available, send the highest-resolution PNG or JPG you have and we’ll check suitability.

Q2. Can you match our brand colours on a plaque?
Yes. If you share your brand guidelines or Pantone/RGB/CMYK codes, we can match brand colours on printed areas, painted panels or paint-filled engraving.

Q3. Will you send a layout proof before production?
Yes. We always send a digital layout proof showing the text, logo placement and overall look. Production only starts once you have approved the proof in writing.

Q4. Can you help with wording and layout for the plaque?
Definitely. If you send us the key details (name, award title, date, company logo), we can suggest wording and arrange the layout to look balanced and professional.

Q5. How should we send larger artwork files?
Smaller files can be emailed. For larger or multiple files, you can send a WeTransfer, Dropbox or Google Drive link. Just reference your company name and plaque project so we can match everything up.
