Q1. What types of custom awards do you make?
We specialise in wooden awards and trophies made from solid oak, beech and other quality timbers. We can create blocks, plaques, shaped/logo-cut awards, mixed wood–acrylic or wood–metal awards for corporate, hospitality and retail clients.

Q2. What is the typical lead time for custom awards?
Standard lead time is usually 3–4 weeks from artwork approval and payment. Tight deadlines are sometimes possible depending on our production schedule – let us know your event date and we’ll advise what’s realistic.

Q3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
For most custom wooden awards there is a minimum of 10 pieces, but we can also produce one-off presentation pieces or special VIP awards. Pricing will depend on design, finish and quantity.

Q4. Can you personalise each award with different names or categories?
Yes. We can individually personalise each award with different names, titles, departments, categories or dates – ideal for staff recognition and long service awards.

Q5. What finishes are available on the wood?
We offer natural clear lacquer, light or dark stains, painted colour panels and brand-colour finishes. Engraving can be left natural or paint-filled for stronger contrast on dark woods.

Q6. Do you only supply in Ireland?
We’re based in Dublin and supply awards throughout Ireland and the UK and rest of the World.  For other locations, tell us where you need delivery and we’ll confirm shipping options and costs.

Q7. Are your awards sustainable or eco-friendly?
Yes. We use responsibly sourced European hardwoods and durable finishes so your awards last for years. Wooden awards are a great option for companies with ESG and sustainability goals.

Q8. Can you help with the design if we don’t know what we want?
Absolutely. Send us your logo, brand colours and a short brief about the event or programme. Our team will propose design options and help you choose the best size, shape and materials for your budget.

Q9. How much do custom wooden awards cost?
Pricing depends on design complexity, size, finish and quantity. Once you click “Get a Quote” and share your details, we’ll send you a clear, itemised quote with options to suit your budget.

Q10. Do you provide a sample before full production?
For larger orders or new designs, we can produce a sample or prototype first (additional cost may apply). This allows you to check the design, colour and engraving before we run the full batch.

Files, Logos & Artwork

Q1. What file formats do you need for our logo?
For best results, please send vector files such as large JPEG , EPS or PDF, or a high-resolution SVG. If you only have PNG or JPG, send the highest resolution possible and we’ll advise if it’s suitable.

Q2. Can you work from a low-resolution logo or screenshot?
We can sometimes redraw or clean up low-resolution logos, but this may involve extra artwork charges and can delay production. Wherever possible, please supply a clean vector logo.

Q3. Will we see a design proof before you make the awards?
Yes. We always send a digital design proof showing layout, engraving areas and any colour details. Production only starts after you give written approval, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Q4. Can you match our brand colours on the awards?
Yes. If you provide Pantone / brand colour codes or a style guide, we can match these on painted panels, print areas or paint-filled engraving, keeping your branding consistent across all awards.

Q5. How do we send large files or multiple logos?
You can email smaller files directly, or use WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or your preferred file-sharing link for larger artwork. Just include your company name and project reference so we can match it to your quote.
