The glass lid gives guests clear visibility, while the slow-close mechanism improves comfort and reduces slam wear during busy service. A purpose-shaped drip tray helps control condensation so water doesn’t drip onto your counter or tabletop. The sandwich capsule base supports even heat distribution and is compatible with multiple heat sources, including induction hobs.
Built for real service conditions, this De Luxe system features a stable, height-adjustable base that reduces tipping risk when opened quickly. The 2.7mm AISI 304 stainless steel frame provides durability and resistance to damage, and it includes practical service features such as fasteners for the induction heater, an adjustable fuel holder, a flame-adjustable fuel container, and stackable frames for easier storage and setup. The wood-effect veneer finish adds the signature Madeira De Luxe styling for guest-facing buffets.
